Yes, it takes place continuously, without any interruptions. That means you can earn it in the morning, afternoon or night, doesn't matter. But once it's over, it's over for good. And might take many years till another one happens again.

How many days or hours will this "good guy" nickname quest last? Because many users haven't achieved this, and the game only has room for 3 people, so to achieve this, it needs to be either timed or last 1 or 2 days.
