TM8 had six of us on Discord last night. We decided to play a few hours of Mosh Pit (no DLC) together. It was good fun and quite nostalgic for most of us. Most played like 4 hours every night back in 2015. It's generally a casual group who spends most of our time laughing.

TM8 merged its Steam groups last year but many still find this old, retired group. Steam will not fix the event system here, so if you're looking to play Advanced Warfare, be sure to join the new group and MOST IMPORTANTLY, join us on TM8s Discord.

We now coordinate games on Discord. This gaming chat system is forever free, quick to install, and supports both text and mic communications.

So we're already organizing games every Friday, and hoping to see games other days too. When we can, we'll play DLC maps and modes including Grapple. Regardless, we always play rare objective modes.

TM8 is restructuring our groups on Steam. It may take a while but makes the most sense since Steam events have proven to be too buggy. Now, Discord will be the key to game events and other news.


You can leave these old groups, to be retired.

TM8 is now organizing games using Discord rather than Steam groups and TeamSpeak.

Discord is a simple, free, and lightweight gaming tool that helps us organize games. It alerts you of events while in-game while letting you choose what specifically interest you. Although it runs works fine in any browser, downloading the Windows or smartphone app is best. Microphone voice communications are supported but not required. It also runs fine along-side TeamSpeak, Skype, Ventrillo, etc.

We will be holding an Advanced Warfare competition for a chance to win 1 Call of Duty Black Ops III game key

Our fellow TM8, Gumbee, has offered to giveaway several keys for Black Ops III. This competition is only for existing members of TM8's Steam Groups. The purpose isn’t to recruit members, but simply to say thanks for all the support and great games.

• For this contest, all participants must be in USA North America.
  
• You will required to commit to all the games that will be played in the competition.

What time will the competition take place?

CONTEST: Friday 11/20/15 9:00pm EST

Ready up by 9:00pm EST! Registered contestants must be online, in-game, and ready in the ‘COD AW Standard [TM8]’ Group Chat Room. If we have more than 12 contestants online at that time, those who registered first will be allowed to compete.

We’ll start with a warm up match (no points) at 9:15 pm EST.

How do I receive my black ops 3 key upon winning.

I have a VAC ban but it was not for cheating.

Cheating is one of the biggest problems facing PC gaming. We cannot risk associating with those who may have used their accounts irresponsibly or could do so again.

Why are only USA North America members allowed to enter?

Ping issues. We need stable internet for all who will play.
