I just reinstalled Tropico 3. It will not open. After verifying the integrity it downloads 2 files and then repeats the same problem. Everytime it fails to open it will not be able to verify all of the files and redownload 2. When opening the exe directly it say that granny2.dll and late fmodex.dll is missing.
