When launching the game, it stays stuck saying not to close it when the disco icon is up, and never leaves that point. Left it overnight and it didn't budge in 7 hours. What can I do to actually access the game?

I just bought this game bundled with the DLC. The library page for the game says the DLC is installed but when I play the game I do not get the DLC music! I can not find any options anywhere to switch to the DLC music in the game so where does it play? I am starting to feel a little ripped off paying extra for music by the Tramps and not hearing it ...

Gameplay is fun so far (I've only played like a half an hour and will totally play a good bit more), but disco music is not what comes to mind with the soundtrack. At least not in the initial stages. I would have expected more potent disco music. Am I wrong?...
