Sorry worry too much. Simply do this. Set realistic weekly goals and HIT THEM. If you don't hit them set them easiler and easiler until it's impossible to fail the goals. One time one of my weekly goals was to launch visual studio once. Cause I knew if I launched it I would end up coding for a few hours... I ended up launching it and finishing up a feature I had been working on.

Just cut everything into bite-sized chucks and remember. You got this. no problem!
