went toward my first objective, ran into a pack of wild dogs. fighting off the dogs for my life, a stranger approaches. it's a bandit, he and his bandit buddy finish me off. 10/10

Great mobile MMO (really, one of the only ones) and a good PC port.

A couple PC "QOL" updates I'd like to see:
- more camera control options
- keybinding (and rebinding)
- ability to chat without opening chat window

1.0 Hype

Have not had the crashes people are experiencing, but have run into some bugs of villagers not doing anything, which was resolved with a reload of my save file.

pro: lots of weapon options
con: most of them are terrible and widely ineffective, hammering away at damage sponge enemies

pro: fast paced, first person combat
con: feels like they forced a first person camera on a third person game. abilities are almost instant, classes like swordmaster can win a fight without any chance to fight back simply by spamming abilities

pro: nice map selection and ingame map module variety
con: filled with copy/paste enemies. zero environment interest aside from crates/chests

pro: a lot of class abilities and character customization
con: multiple build paths nonexistent. get to your gear breakpoints for inherent abilities or suffer

pro: a lot of content available for f2p
con: auction house and stash tabs locked behind premium currency

pro: a ton of systems already available like scav, arena, team finder
con: bloated and inconsistent UI make these features hard to find and harder to understand & use

pro: very vibe-y, diablo style dark fantasy
con: modern diablo items where nothing but your small group of affixes matter

an incredibly well made game

outside the game, community wis

Intro Credits don't even introduce this as Dragon's Dogma 2 ... it just says Dragon's Dogma. Should be a good indicator of the attitude of the team which created the game.
