A group I used to be in was planning on moving to TW in 2013. It's quite funny really haha.

The game is still in development. A release date is yet impossible to give, you all have to remember this is made by a handful of people that also have jobs and lives. There is no budget, no income, etc. It's all done by volunteers in their scarce free time.

It'll get there, just hang tight. Play some other good games in the meantime.

Haha no, I've just followed TW for a while and am pretty active in our little community :)

Q1 refers to the first quarter of 2017, so January to March. Thus, Q1/Q2 refers to the first and second quarters, January to June. If development goes well you can expect release in Q1 :)

Indeed, Q1/Q2 2017... however unlike just about every other game ever released, TW will be released in a very refined form; rather than release an unfinished, buggy same sooner, the devs have chosen to release refined, bug-free game later. And hey... only a year away :D

Brits and Germans, plus more factions as the game progresses once released. A US faction is intended once the British sector of Normandy is completed, and I guarantee you'll see a Canadian faction at some point due to the similarities in equipment, vehicles, and weapons between the British Army and the Canadian Army. The devs have also hinted at hopes for the armed forces of various occupied nations.

are there brits only or other fractions?

FOR NEWCOMERS to the group, the current release timeframe for Traction Wars is estimated around March to August 2017. So don't go around asking "When will the game be released?" And remember, the release date may change.

I expect a lot from traction wars seeing as it claims to have next gen graphics, engines, and physics. also since Forgotten hope 2 has raised the bar pretty high (considering it doesn't have the next gen capabilities that this game has) this game will need to put a good amount of effort in to all aspects of the game in order to top FH2 and even WWII online.

I would like multiple factions like in Forgotten Hope 1 and 2 (for example) British, German, Italian, Japanese, American, and Russian. also I hate weapons that have uncontrollable recoil, and extremely complicated key bindings like arma 2 and 3 which have 5 keys you need to press in order to check your back pack. and last but not least... plenty of tanks and planes including but not limited to Paratrooper planes, fighters, bombers, Heavy tanks, medium tanks, light tanks, and tank destroyers
