I'm here tokenly as well, as the group's name and mission statement give me the creeps, but we've got a common goal - the removal of Uplay. All this uniting stuff, though, you can leave me out of. Collectivism, especially for its own sake, isn't my cup of tea. We'll never need it to coexist, or work toward common goals, or anything of the sort... but Uplay will invariably creep its way into more and more games until something changes, and its "success" will be met with imitators, if it should last much longer. We're far too far along this path as it is, and hopefully this group will do its part in preventing things from getting worse.

I agree. I don't have anything against UPlay personally. Just that Steam should sell other vendor DRM-free versions of the title.

Yeah, you can change anything (Shortname, Longname) as long it doesn't exist already...

o.o i just looked at something, and... it seems they updated group functions sometimes.
now you can rename groups instead of being stuck with the same name forever.

If you dont agree with us standing up to Uplay that is fine and you can voice your opinion here as to why. But when you do give a reason why you support Uplay and "i have never had a problem" is not a reason.

to everyone who received an invite, this group is made via pheonixknight to stand up against uplay in an sense.
which includes various things, like double drm and to get them to better there service to make it what people deserve.

since for far too long many have faced problems yet some dont get the proper help.
or they have nowhere to share there voice, since the game forums sadly are filled with both sides who clash at the drop of an dime.

so consider this a safe haven for people to share there opinions on the subject.

was meaning to say this earlier, finnaly an group where people can gather to share there opinions and gather together against the whole double drm which is forced upon people on steam who buy ubisoft games.

which also finnaly one where people wont get unfairly banned, or given the boot over an opinion or anything alike.
