you need an app to be able to stream on youtube, for example OBS

download and install obs to your pc, in the app click on Tools then Auto-configuration Wizard, otherwise go to Settings > Stream > service (choose YouTube - RTMPS) then connect your youtube account to the app for easy setup, but you can also paste your stream key instead and edit stuff like Title description on youtube studio
