Steam controller 2 on steam link: no haptics on Linux
Issue: no haptics when steam controller 2 is connected to steam link android app running on Nvidia shield. Bluetooth controller connection to shield, steam running on Linux.

OS: Cachyos (latest)

Steps:
- In big picture mode, go to controller settings and ping the controller.
- pinging the controller should make the controller vibrate and make noise.
OR
- go into a game and use the trackpads.

Expected:
- haptics

Actual result:
- no haptics

Longer version:
I'm running steam on cachyos and stream to my Nvidia shield downstairs with my steam controller 2 connected to the shield by Bluetooth.

In this configuration I get no haptics at all, no rumble and no no touchpad haptics either. The inputs all work as intended as far as I have tested. I have tried going into steam - controllers - steam controller (BT) and pinging it, nothing happens.

I'm running steam link latest version (1.3.29 from memory) and today's steam for Linux beta build (which fixes an issue with streaming detection/pipewire), but this was happening last week with the steam non beta build as well.

As an aside, I've never had haptics work with Xbox controllers on steam link with Linux, only when directly connected via Bluetooth to the PC.
