Anyone can mod! ★

Hi guys!

When I was younger, I held the highest respect for modders and game devs. I couldn't imagine ever doing anything that they and each of you can do.

For years, I suffered from an intense and horrendous depression.

It gripped my life, tearing apart my self confidence, and my belief in life. After watching a Youtube video on how to make a picture for Sims 3, my life changed.

I realized that I COULD mod...but more importantly than that, I realized that I could do

anything.

For six years I had kicked around an idea for a game. For six years I plunged myself into doing terrible things as a way to deal with pain.

Until September 1st, 2015 -

the day I started working on my game, Ping Ping.

Two days ago, I finished creating the game. I've decided to go the indie dev route and have released it on my own website for people to purchase.

Without modding, without Easy Modding, and without my love for all of you modders, I couldn't have ever branched out on my own. I couldn't have.

For that, I thank you - each and every one of you.

Modding brought me the confidence to dip my toes into game dev. I'm still amazed like..what...? When I sold my first copy of Ping Ping tonight, I kept saying "I'm a game dev". It'll take years to swallow that one.

I would like to create more games after Ping Ping, hopefully starting with the DLC.

For this reason, I will be looking for someone to take over Easy Modding. I would love to stay a part of the group yet my focus is now on these projects. I don't have the time, as much as I'd like to, to dedicate myself to modding anymore.
