Rust Server Launch, Gmod Status, and the future

Hello fellow members of Toaster Gaming!

GMOD STATUS

First off I want to address the current status of the GMOD DarkRP Server. The server is in a great spot in development, 90% of the work is done and is fully ready to be tweaked with a small beta test before full launch. We originally planned on the beta test last monday. Unfortunately we ran into some security issues within the server code itself that became present to us when they were exploited and we are continuing to monitor these issues and are working on neutralizing all threats. So until we have confirmed that everything is good to go we will be taking the gmod server status on a day to day basis. If all continues smoothly we will announce another beta test date and go from there.

RUST STATUS

While the GMOD server has been worked on we have been actively working on the first of many planned rust servers. Development went very smoothly and has officially launched as of 8/27/20. Our line of Rust servers are called "Toasted" followed by some details, and the region of the world it is hosted in. Currently we have launched our US server so the name is as follows:

[US] Toasted 2x | Vanilla | 8/27

To direct connect copy and paste into your f1 console:

THE FUTURE

The staff team is super excited about the current future of Toaster Gaming and the server network is coming online very nicely. If you asked us a 2 weeks ago we would have said GMOD up first, Rust to follow closely behind. But plans can always change and unknown factors can always throw a wrench into the cog. We hope to keep the hype up with the Future launch of the GMOD server and the current Rust server being online right now. Stay tuned in to our steam group, forums, and discord to get all the latest information regarding GMOD, Rust, and all future endeavors!

Beta Test Information

Hey guys, thanks for joining the steam group! Just want to keep this short and say we are planning to run the beta test for the server monday night around 7pm CST. It will be live overnight into Tuesday at some point where we will run some updates depending on feedback and see how they are received!
