Hello everyone,

Recently the PCC Group has had many fake accounts join which are known to have sent dodgy links to unknown sites. While this group may be inactive now, it still has lots of members, some of which still use it today.

In the interests of everyone's safety I have made the group "Restricted".

This means that the only way into the PCC is by invitation or a join request, all of which need to be manually accepted. This is subject to change in the future if things calm down again.

Your patience is appreciated while i root out these fake accounts and I hope you all have a pleasant weekend!

BBP Games is hosting a livestream via YouTube this Saturday at 12 noon, EST. The stream is a glimpse behind the scenes of some of their amazing creations that are very popular with us coasterheads, such as the dark ride "Pirate Village", a personal favorite of mine.

Hi!

Welcome back to a new year of more Planet Coasterness! I hope you all had a wonderful time during the holidays. So to begin with my first message of 2017, i want to thank and welcome those who joined us while we were away! We hope you enjoy your time here and in the community.

Also i want to say a massive congratulations to the group because during the festive break we surpassed 1000 members! Wow! As ever this community never fails to amaze.

So i thought i would let you know what our plans this year are... Well, for the majority of the year the group will remain in quiet mode. Whenver there is new content for Planet Coaster, as always we will do our best to get a hype train rolling with events such as our group chats. However this year i thought we should focus on something bigger...

Its full of amazing videos from Planet Coaster... We are already the biggest fan made group for PC on steam, why not have our own channel?

Well, now we do! Before i give to much away you should all join in this Q&A thread i made. This channel is really for you guys, built by our community. We need as much people to get involved as possible before we launch the channel officially and i know there is lots of you out there who have the talent, the time, the knowhow in certain areas that we dont, so be part of it and come help us get started!

Hi everyone!

I'm Mark (x Markuss xD) and i created this awesome group that we have here today. I would like first of all to send a massive thank you to each and every one of our members. This group was intended as a meet up place for players of Planet Coaster. It got bigger than i had expected. There is less than 100 members to go until it reaches the big 1K... For me, someone who has never had any joy with creating online groups and communities, this really is overwhelming. You have made my year on steam and planet coaster a very happy one and for that i thank you.

Also, i wish to send you all one more message, Happy Holidays! I hope you all have a great christmas with friends, family and here on steam too... And all the best in the new year, may 2017 be a good one!

PCC Christmas Competition!

With Christmas festivities nearly upon us, what better way is there to celebrate than with a little competition? (I can think of a few)

From now until December 15th (which is also conviently the day of the Christmas update ) I will be looking for Christmas-themed shops, toilets and roller coasters to be posted over in our Creations Forum here in the group. After the event closes, we will pick a submission that is creative, original, and most-importantly Christmassy, and the winner will become our group's Player of the Week for the Christmas holidays!

I look forward to seeing what you guys can come up with!

Remember that this group has its own "Creations" forum where you can post anything you make in Planet Coaster. From here you can link to Youtube if you have made a video for your creation and also share its Workshop link if you have uploaded it! We encourage everyone to use this if you love creating and sharing your content with the community.

Don't forget that the admin team pass by this forum all the time, if we see something really cool we will make sure that it gets the attention it deserves!

So... normally we would post an announcement regarding a new group activity, this time however we want you to decide what it will be. As a member of the Planet Coaster Community what type of activity would you like the group to host in the coming weeks? Maybe you have a idea for a competition, or something more bolder...

Hello!

After months in development, hard work and lots of hours, the game is finished and will be officially launched tomorrow! On behalf of our awesome community here we want to say a huge thank you to Frontier Developments for making this amazing game, setting a new standard for the theme park and simulation genre. And also to congratulate them on the release! We have seen how hard you have worked to make this game as perfect as it is today, you deserve this moment now, well done!
