Dont have the game currently I was excited when they announced a Forza set in Japan as someone that never bought a Forza game I was sold.

Then I saw some videos of someone driving through tokyo and it looked like a ghost town, like almost 0% cars on the road besides the players.

Have seen some review footage and see there are now SOME cars which has redeemed it somewhat in my eyes.

So I'll probably be buying it weds

The only downside to the game is that it has a lot of easily accessible cars that can be obtained without much effort.

The size of the map is truly amazing, but it is not just big, it is filled with places to explore and stuff to do. I love the experience.

what should I race against?

The game is very fun and I never really love any racing game before except Ridge racer series. I especially love the food delivery and discovering the small mascots, barns, secret car and many more.

overall, yes! graphics look great (I’m on a 4080), game hasn’t crashed for me, steering and weight of the cars feels really nice, and the map is generally more interesting/larger than FH5. I think Japan was a great move for FH6 :)

my trusty rtx 2060 is performing really well

the only downside of the game is the character creator, the graphics, the story, the npcs, the npc cars, the higher difficulty drivatars using modified physics instead of driving skill, and the crashing every 5 minutes, otherwise great game

Map is decent but the city is so garbage, rest is good though

My frame rate crashes in the city. It's decent most everywhere else. WAY too many off-road events. Weekly challenges might work or might not. AI blatantly cheats at higher difficulty levels. Auction House is useless. Far fewer wheelspins being given than FH5. Car Meets are a completely wasted feature. Forced weekly multiplayer is a terrible idea. No snow-covered roads in winter, not even in the mountains.

All in all, feeling pretty let down.
